today was the last morning of nearly five years of mornings that i have walked this path to my office at the university. i have photographed the walk with an assortment of cameras, but mostly with the little pencam. so i loaded her with batteries and took her out for one last walk to the office on this route this morning. it was a little bittersweet. it is such a pretty neighborhood. click above to join me, if you like?

Oh Bobbi-I will miss these walks. But I’m so looking forward to what’s coming next. With your eye, I know it will be wonderful. I’ve never been to Lawrence. It looks so lovely through your camera.
But I can’t believe they cut down a redbud grove. Bad administrators. Bad!
